Ethiopian Reporter, also known as The Reporter, is a private newspaper published in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The paper is however funded by members from Ethiopia's ruling party. It appears in both English and Amharic, and is owned by the Media Communications Centre.[1] In 2010, its editor and owner was Amare Aregawi.[2]
The statements given by the individual who made the first entry and the references given do not match. Both CPJ and BBC are saying different than who ever made the entry. The Reporter is a private owned company funded by the publisher-a private investor.
